(Incredibly, on Friday 28 August 2009, Townhall.com found the within text "inappropriate language-meta" without saying WHAT at all was supposedly wrong; Senator Kennedy having been called the Liberal Lion by even Kerry, in free speech I verbatim post what Townhall banned:)

My brother-in-law likes to chide me, himself not much of a follower of any politics or in-depth questionings by anyone or any forum, by telling me at least Obama is making it hard for people to get general-use credit so they won't be dug in deeper, and cause more job losses through over-use of consumer credit. Yes, family relationship can sometimes bring a certain diplomacy where one realizes one is dealing with the situationally remote.

I understand today that we as a nation are to now genuflect in the hallowed memory of Edward M. Kennedy, as even every young teenage boy who schools encourage to shave their legs to not appear aggressive (or, is that assertive?) knows it's the "modern tradition" to beatify ANY officeholder of ANY party, and have cooties for daring to aggressively (self-assertively?) question them; from Strom Thurmond to Ted Kennedy, who dare say NOW we "kahn't" pass something in the CONCEPT he always wanted...be DHS-slammed if you think the Congressional PRECEPT of implementing the "dream" has no tether to the intent!

I mean, you BELIEVE Ted Kennedy REALLY wanted all people broke and homeless and renditioned or in-flu-enced in whatever ways, thought any ol' mass health government program was cost-effective and fit with OTHER parts of the American Dream, and that Ted DIDN'T really want Congress to pass his recent Kennedy-Menendez STANDARDS Act, don't you?

Oh, that's right...Obama or the Dems/GOP/media don't talk about STANDARDS, it's no Kennedy legacy or last will and testament compelling instant passage, is it?

For the record, I concur with Senator Kennedy's general concept of having an American Dream which would be the POSITIVE model for the entire world; I concur with the spirit and text of the Kennedy-Menendez Act as it now reads; and I do NOT see how $1.76 trillion dollars helps "cut rampant credit results" of job loss or provides QUALITY care not only for each and every national and immigrant and tourist now in the USA but those to pile on.

My brother-in-law is a sort orep for the estate of his dead mother, who died a year ago yesterday; she had a reverse mortgage just one year before that, and to save the house, inlaws need $199, 000 and change to redeem it. With repairs needed and such loan due, they need about $300K; that would buy a REAL fixer-upper, folks. Now, how many $300K's fit into 1.76 trillion? Google calculator says 5,886,666.66.

Let's say we give every heart bypass, Iraq veteran, immigrant, tourist, and average Joe and Jane a rhetorical USA aggregate population total of just 10 million people. Google calculator says $176,000 for each of them, in theory. Next, let's say there are 100 million total people; Google calc says there's $17,600 apiece for them...and that's an AWFUL lot of sickly people for ANY nation on earth; maybe TIME mag convinced folks who sit around not exercising but eating that they "need" healthcare to lose weight or not have such weak meta-systems to resist ailments or complications thereof, or that every little ol' "mental problem" or "depression" needs big-bucks bills. One thing's sure, the more people on mass healthcare or even just he more "earmarked" for it even with smaller
populations, there's no money for anything else...but you DO believe that many sickly people on last legs currently exist, don't you?

So, sure...good cop FHA will still come around as it has since 2006, handing out too-easy mortgages, and bad cop HUD will twist bank's and consumer's arms for foreclosure once as usual MORE jobs are lost and MORE zoning forbids all but New Urban housing from constantly being added to each inch of the USA...thus itself decreasing work/trade/own business opportunities, not to mention reducing the world's customer bases in the USA...regardless of race or faith or whatever, by the way, just like under actual mass-claiming cheesy QC re healthcare knows no loyalties. Sorry, brother-in-law, there's no "method to the madness" of Obama's edicts, any more than there were to Bush's...it gets you through the day, you bailout whomever you have to as lickspittles, and every "complainer" is an "alienated, depressed, aggressive, imbecile who can't see the light EVERYBODY else does"...no credit under Obama is just a conclusion of how Congress and the WhiteHouse needed one tool to get to another re-making phase, Obama now to march on with new tools putting final touches on a society to be comprised only of non-uppity pets, like hamsters.

To reiterate, I think a far more instant-pass homage to Kennedy and all he, Bobby, And JFK stood for should not be a shoddy health bill, but the democracy and dignity-respecting STANDARDS Act.
